WHAT IT TAKES TO BE ONE OF THE TEAM: The company needs a wide range of workers from the highly specialized areas like scientists and engineers, to production, logistics and sales staff. Pultron general manager Jasper Holdsworth says staff need to be flexible to change, with technical degrees. "We are an innovative company so we expect our employees to be thinkers."
